CSU QLT Informal Self- or Peer-Review

Those interested in performing a self-rating or informal peer-review of a course can use the online version of the informal review version of the CSU QLT Instructor Self-Rating. The process will take at least 1 hour, as it is intended to be a reflective examination of your course, not a simple survey of opinions. You will want to have your course and survey open in separate browser windows to best complete the process. If, for some reason, you cannot complete the evaluation in one session, you can save your progress and re-enter the survey at a later date. Those completing the CSU QLT self-rating instrument can have a copy of the results sent to them by electing to do so at the end of the instrument. We are not responsible for maintaining a database or providing results on demand.

You will receive a printable version of the CSU QLT Self/Peer-Review instrument, as well as a 2-pager instrument-at-a-glance, showing all 57 objectives and the subset of “Core 24″ objectives. These resources carry the Creative Commons, Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA). This license allows others to remix, tweak, and build upon CSU QLT non-commercially, as long as they credit the California State University, Quality Assurance program (qa.csuprojects.org) and license their creations under the identical terms.
