CSU Quality Assurance, Professional Learning Community

The Quality Assurance, Professional Learning Community (PLC) facilitates two-way communication between the Chancellor’s Office and campus QA Leads. In addition, the PLC is an effective method for campuses sharing ways in which they are successful implementing related efforts, as well as ways they may be struggling. This dialog allows for growth across campuses as representatives learn from each other. In addition, CSU QA staff are able to offer support or adjust program elements according to campus needs or concerns.
