Quality Assurance Professional Learning Community

Since 2013, the Quality Assurance, Professional Learning Community (PLC) has provided essential communication between the Chancellor’s Office and campus QA Leads. In addition, the PLC is an effective method for campuses to share ways in which they are successfully implementing campus quality assurance efforts, training, course certifications, and sharing resources. This dialog allows for growth across campuses as QA administrators and faculty leads learn from each other. In addition, CSU QA staff are able to offer support or adjust program elements according to campus needs or concerns. The QA PLC meets 2nd Wednesday of each month from 9-10a using Zoom.
